How Passionate are you about our Purple Drink?

 We utilize fresh, seasonal fruit in our signature Memphis Whistle cocktails.

We make our bases in the style of ancient shrubs.

What is a shrub, you ask? They are a fruit and vinegar based drink that dates back to the time before refrigeration when fruit was preserved in barrels of vinegar and imbibed as a health beverage. Memphis Whistle infuses our shrubs with herbs and spices to compliment the fruit. (We jokingly refer to this as offsetting the toxins from the booze) We pair our shrubs with the alcohol to perfectly match the fruit. For those who don’t wish to have alcohol, these shrubs are amazing on their own with a splash of fizzy water so that you can safely drive yourself or your friends home.

In addition to our signature cocktails that have made us famous, we proudly craft prohibition style cocktails such as the timeless Old Fashioned, our very own Barrel Aged Negroni and more.
